Dr Amy Prideaux
Internal Medicine Trainee, Severn Deanery Amy qualified in 2020 from Cardiff University. She completed her Foundation Training in Cardiff and South Wales and following this, spent a year working as an Undergraduate Clinical Teaching Fellow at North Bristol Academy, which included one day a week in Dermatology. She is now an Internal Medicine Trainee (IMT), and wishes to pursue Dermatology training subsequently.

Dr Kalina Bridgewater
Dermatology Registrar, South Wales. Kalina studied medicine at University College London and since qualifying has worked across the South of England, Wales and Australia. She is currently training as a dermatology registrar in South Wales. She has an interest in Medical Education, having worked as a Clinical Teaching Fellow for the University of Bristol at Southmead Hospital, where she also gained experience in the Dermatology Department with Dr Keith. She is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Society for Medical Dermatology and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.

Dr Stefania Mitsaki
Dermatology Registrar, Severn Deanery Stefania is a dermatology registrar at the North Bristol Trust with an interest in medical education and research. She qualified from Cardiff University in 2019 and completed a postgraduate degree in Dermoscopy at the Aristotle University in 2023. Her dedication to medical education earned her a Teaching Hero Award during internal medical training for organising a simulation training programme for medical students. Stefania is a member of the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS), and the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

Dr Daniel Keith
Consultant Dermatologist, North Bristol NHS Trust Daniel qualified from the The Queen's College, University of Oxford in 2009 and has practiced in the Midlands and the South West. He works as a substantive NHS Consultant Dermatologist with a special interest in skin cancer, dermatological surgery and laser medicine and is on the GMC Specialist Register for Dermatology. He is a Clinical Tutor at the University of Bristol Faculty of Health Sciences. He is a Member of the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD), the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS), the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA), the British Society for Dermatological Surgery (BSDS), the British Society for Medical Dermatology (BSMD) and the European Society for Lasers and Energy Based Devices (ESLD). He is a Fellow of the European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology (EADV), the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) and the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM).

Dr Humaira Ahmed
Incoming foundation doctor, Severn deanery Humaira studies at the University of Plymouth, Peninsula Medical School. With a passion for dermatology and surgical interventions, she is determined to make a significant impact in the field. Beyond clinical practice, Humaira shows a keen interest in medical academia and research; with recent research endeavours gaining recognition and having global impact. Humaira's commitment to advancing medical education and improving patient care, especially within diverse ethnic groups, is also evident in her role as founder of The Skinclusive Hub, a medical platform dedicated to promoting inclusivity and representation in dermatological education.

Dr Yousef Husseiny
Medical Intern Doctor, Egypt Yousef Husseiny has recently qualified from New Giza University in Egypt. With a keen interest in the evolving field of dermatology, Yousef is driven by the opportunity to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, from the aesthetic to the complex, and help patients regain confidence in their appearance. He is also actively involved in research, recognising its critical role in advancing treatments and improving patient outcomes. Beyond his academic pursuits, Yousef has a love for adventure and exploring. He enjoys traveling to experience new cultures, along with jogging and hiking to connect with nature.

Hagar Elgezeri
Final year medical student, Cairo University Hagar is studying Medicine at Cairo University in Egypt. She’s currently in her final year and an aspiring Dermatologist. She’s dedicated to learning and improving patient quality of life using evidence-based practices, and also keen on learning and developing clinical and research skills that will help her with the decision of pursuing Dermatology.

Jack Norris
Lead designer for 3D printed dermatoscopes Jack graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2024, where he studied Industrial Design BSc. As part of his studies, he worked for a year at a local manufacturing company, Gripple Ltd, as the lead designer on a new cable management system for solar panel insulation. During his final year he worked part-time for the Medical Tec start-up, Fyous Products, who create custom diabetic footwear for the NHS and since graduating has gone on to work for them full time as a Graduate Engineer. Jack won the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) design award in 2022, for his work on creating an open access Electrocardiogram for heart health monitoring.
